Registration of associations
Associations registered for academic year 2025/2026
As of the registration date, October 30, 2025, a total of 29 associations were registered at UCT Prague.
All currently registered associations must re-register by October 30. A new association can be registered at any time during the year.
Registration
The condition for registration is that at least half of the members must be from UCT Prague. Next, fill out Form 1 or 2, depending on which category your association fits into, send it to k3s@vscht.cz, and bring a physical copy of the form to the PKC. We will then contact you regarding the outcome.
At the same time, we ask you to list all association members, not only for monitoring purposes but also regarding potential claims for space allocation, etc. We will require two copies from you – one physical and one electronic.
Starting with the academic year 26/27, the attendance of at least one club member at K3S meetings is mandatory. Please include the contact information of two individuals (a primary representative and an alternate) in your club's registration email. These representatives do not need to be part of the club's management; however, they are required to properly represent the interests of their club, share information, and actively communicate with the K3S board.
We kindly ask that you also indicate in your club registration email whether your club is welcoming to English speakers. Such clubs will be designated with a special icon on the Associations overview page.
Associations without state registration (no IČO)
The first form is intended for associations that operate only as a student group and are not registered in the State Register—meaning they do not have an ID number (IČO).
Associations with state registration (have IČO)
The second form is for those that do have an state ID number (IČO). For those using the second form, the "responsible person" field must be filled with the statutory body (or members of the statutory body authorized to act on behalf of the association), and a person active at the university must be listed as the representing (contact) person.
