Registration of associations

Registration

The condition for registration is that at least half of the members must be from UCT Prague. Next, fill out Form 1 or 2, depending on which category your association fits into, send it to k3s@vscht.cz, and bring a physical copy of the form to the PKC. We will then contact you regarding the outcome.

At the same time, we ask you to list all association members, not only for monitoring purposes but also regarding potential claims for space allocation, etc. We will require two copies from you – one physical and one electronic.

Associations without state registration (no IČO)

The first form is intended for associations that operate only as a student group and are not registered in the State Register—meaning they do not have an ID number (IČO).

The second form is for those that do have an state ID number (IČO). For those using the second form, the "responsible person" field must be filled with the statutory body (or members of the statutory body authorized to act on behalf of the association), and a person active at the university must be listed as the representing (contact) person.
