Noticeboards

Noticeboards that do not have their own dedicated management are, starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, managed by a noticeboard administrator appointed by the K3S management. The responsibilities of this role include removing outdated posters and job offers (which fall under the PKC) and improving the overall appearance of the boards.

The noticeboards are clearly marked, maintained twice a calendar month, and inspected by the K3S management.

Rules

What belongs on the noticeboard:

-Posters for events organized by universities, university student societies, or students

-Posters for events taking place on the Dejvice Campus

-Society announcements (member recruitment, meetings, etc.)

-Maximum poster size: A4

What does NOT belong on the noticeboard:

-Outdated posters

-Advertisements for events not organized by university societies, students, or universities

-Flyers for events that are not organized by university societies and take place outside the Dejvice Campus

-Job offers, part-time jobs, or any form of external income opportunities (managed by the PKC)
