Mgr. Zuzana Gruberová is a PhD student at the Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics, Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University, where she works on data analysis at the Belle II experiment. Main topic of her research is physics of the tau leptons. Within this field she has studied the reconstruction efficiency of neutral pions, her current work focuses on testing lepton flavour universality in tau decays.
How does a mirror image look like in the world of particles? What is the difference between an electron and a muon? And why is there so little antimatter in our universe? Let's take a look at elementary properties of the Standard Model, as well as phenomena which this successful theory still fails to explain.
