Who are we?
FOTON is a community that shares a love for traditional analog photography. We are open to anyone who wants to discover the magic of capturing the world using film and the darkroom. We focus on shooting on 35mm and roll film, developing black-and-white films, and creating enlargements. The FOTON society also traditionally organizes a black-and-white analog photography competition.
What will you gain?
Joining FOTON means access to an inspiring environment full of support and mutual sharing of experiences. You will have the opportunity to discover the uniqueness of film photography, improve your darkroom skills, and connect with other enthusiasts. It doesn't matter how much experience you have or what camera you use; we will be happy to welcome you among us.
