Scoring rules

General

1.1 This program is a pilot project for the recognition of student activities and is currently under development.

1.2 This program falls under the Counselling and Career Centre at UCT Prague, and its administration is entrusted to selected members of the Collegium of Student Societies and Senates (K3S).

1.3 All relevant information can be accessed by the user at the designated website.

1.4 The program aims to develop key skills of UCT Prague students by recording and evaluating their extracurricular and on-campus activities.

1.5 Only UCT Prague students are eligible to participate, registering into the system using their university email address.

Rights and Obligations of Program Administrators

2.1 Administrators reserve the right to make changes to the evaluation table of activities (see below), point thresholds, and the assessment procedure.

2.2 Program administrators are obligated to inform users of any such changes promptly via email.

2.3 Program administrators are required to handle user information confidentially and not disclose it without prior consent.

2.4 Program administrators reserve the right to return logged activities for revision or reject them if they do not align with the program's objectives and rules.

Rights and Obligations of Users

3.1 Users have the right to withdraw from the program at any time by sending a request to the designated communication email.

3.2 Users have the right to receive updates regarding changes to the program.

3.3 Upon reaching 1,000 points, the user is entitled to receive a certificate.

3.4 Upon reaching 100 points, the user is entitled to attend an interview with the program administrators, for which they will receive a point award after completing an evaluation.

3.5 After earning 500 points, the user is entitled to participate in career counselling provided by the Counselling and Career Centre, earning a point award upon completing an evaluation. Attending career counselling is a mandatory requirement for obtaining the program completion certificate.

3.6 If a user fails to submit an activity to the system for more than one calendar year without prior arrangement with a program administrator, they will be removed from the program.

3.7 Any user actions that disrupt program operations or violate applicable laws may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

3.8 The user is obliged to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information regarding their activities. Misrepresentation or withholding information may lead to expulsion from the program.

3.9 The user has the right to propose new activities for inclusion to the program administrator via the official communication email. The administrator reserves the right to determine the point range for any approved custom activity.

3.10 The oldest activity a user may submit cannot predate the start of the previous academic year.

Note: Points are awarded either per day (e.g., Open Day: 10/day), per event (e.g., Freshers' week leader: 30–50/event or day), or per semester (e.g., Society leader: 200/semester).
